Firsts

This has definitely been a week of firsts. I made my first blog post. I set up my new Facebook Fan Page and I actually have a couple of fans! Now all I need is my first blog follower :) And last, but not least I made my first sale. I am so excited! I sold one of my favorites. The piece is a sterling silver wire wrapped turquoise pendant set on an 18" sterling silver chain. I love working with turquoise. The color is beautiful, but the healing properties are amazing as well. So you get beauty and benefits. Gotta love that. Turquoise as a stone has many benefits, the main ones being that it helps to rid one of negativity and also helps with detoxifying and healing. Working on a new product this week and I am hoping to get it posted soon. Stay tuned.

New Blog

This is my first blog entry of my new blog. I am very excited about my new blogging venture. I have been thinking long and hard about the type of things that I would like to concentrate on throughout my blog entries. And I decided...I will be blogging about everything and anything that has to do with handmade jewelry such as tips and techniques. I will talk about my products and current projects. And also I will blog about handmade items and shops that I find interesting. I can't wait to get started. I am hoping to post about once a week give or take a few days. I want to keep it fun so that it doesn't turn into a chore :) So stay tuned...
